Mr. Krishnan carries a rich experience of 38 years in Insurance field. He is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (London). He is Cost Accountant and an Associated Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He joined New India Assurance Co in 1983 and has been involved in General Insurance ever since. He has served in various senior Management positions. From 1995 to 2001 Krishnan was Country Manager for the Australasian operations of New India Assurance Co. Mr. Krishnan has extensive knowledge of insurance and reinsurance.

Mr Rajiv Kumar has a rich experience in the insurance industry of 30+ years.
He is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (FIII), Mumbai, India, Certificate of Qualification 2019 of NIA Pune(Brokers), Post Graduation in Commerce, MBA(Information Technology), PGDM (Human Resource Management), PGDM (Marketing & International Business), PGPBM (Business Management- Specialization Finance)

The journey of Rajiv’s illustrious career began with United India Insurance Company Limited and served United India in various capacities during Oct 1990 to March 2002. At the turn of the millennium, when the Insurance sector opened, he made a calculated move to switching from Public Sector to Private Sector & began his stint with IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance Co. Ltd. He served IFFCO-TOKIO in various roles for a period from April 2002 to Feb 2007. He also served Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd as Chief Insurance Officer for a period from March 2007 to Oct 2007.

Mr. Rajiv had been at the helm of affairs of Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited from Nov 2007 to May 2019, for more than a decade, he had established himself as a leader par excellence. Mr. Rajiv Kumar had been with Universal Sompo since its inception in 2007 and was an integral part of the team starting up the insurance business in India as a new venture.

Mr. Vineet is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Certified Public Accountant from National Board of Accountants and Auditors, Tanzania (NBAA) and an affiliate of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA – UK) besides holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University, India. During his internship with a mid-sized audit firm, he gained experience in audit assignments of several entities ranging from manufacturing, trading to financial services industry, financial statements preparation and finalization, tax matters of the entities, covering tax planning, tax advisory, tax return filing, etc.

He joined Alliance Insurance Corporation Limited in December 2020 to build upon his career in the Financial Services industry. The rich post-qualification experience gained over 6 years enables him to undertake various responsibilities covering areas of finance, company secretariat and management. His role at the previous institutions entailed Business Plan & budget preparation, routine financial analysis with timely stakeholders reporting, establishing policies & controls for monitoring & critical evaluation, collaborating with concurrent and external auditors, maintaining the organizations performance through continual improvement process and adopting best practices, performing risk management as well investments management, etc. He was also responsible for statutory reporting to regulatory bodies; organizing stakeholders meetings, extending support to them, ensuring compliance with regulations, performing necessary registry filings, etc.

Mr. Gwamaka Stambuli joined Alliance Insurance Corporation Limited in May 2019 as Deputy Financial Controller. He started his career in insurance in 2010 and worked as Reinsurance Accountant with National Insurance Corporation Limited. He joined Maxinsure (Tanzania) Limited as Finance Manager in July 2012 and was promoted to Head of Finance in 2018

Mr Gwamaka Stambuli holds a Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) from University of Dar es Salaam. He is a member of NBAA as associate certified Public Accountant (ACPA)

Mr. Gustaph Dimoso holds Certificate of Insurance from The Insurance Institute of South Africa and has been with Alliance Insurance Team since 2002
